The fitrah (divine essence) in all of us. our primordial human nature that leads us to tolerance

Tolerance is
proof of intelligence and a symbol of excellence. 9

In one famous
Hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is reported to have said, “All of
humanity are as equal as the teeth of a comb.” 8 It is
recorded that once, while the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) sat with his companions,
a funeral cortege passed by and he stood up out of respect. A companion
remarked that this was only the funeral of a Jew, implying that that was far
too unimportant for the Prophet’s attention. He challenged this by asking, “Was
he then not also a human being?” 8

In the view of
Allah (God) the whole of humanity consists of one single community.8

The act that is Maisour (easy)  infact , the accomplishment of this act is easy.  If the act is Masour (difficult)  it's fulfillment will be hard . When an affair easily turns into the act,  this method is called Sabil ( path ) . When an act surpasses the other act is called ( Khair ( good ) .when the affair is on the basis of Fitrah ( nature ) , it is easy to do ( Maisour) .  When the affair is on the contrary to Fitrah ( nature)  , not only the affair is difficult,  but it is hard to accomplish .

The divine scholar and jurist Ayatullah Mirza Mahdi Esfahani (1365 A.H.) a great lover of Imam-e-Zaman (a.t.f.s.) in his letter to his student, Ayatullah Shaikh Muhammad Baqir Maleki Miyanji (1419 A.H.) pinpoints that the first duty of scholars is to open the door of the house of Ahl al-bayt (a.s.) before the Shias. He recommends them to talk about the Imamat and perfection of Imamof the age (a.t.f.s.)so that the people remain immune from the evil.

Answer:
This question has several answers.
Although God is single and should use a
singular word and pronoun when he refers to his acts, yet he has
described himself as such many times in Quran. In Arabic and sometimes
non-Arabic languages, the speaker may use plural pronouns instead of
singular pronouns for several reasons.
The holy Quran has chosen the colloquial
language of people which is the best way to communicate with them and
people sometimes switch pronouns in their colloquial language. It is
